My Golf Buddy

Jim was a great friend and golf partner. We met 28 years ago as colleagues at work. That quickly blossomed into a four way friendship with Jim's wife, Sheena and my wife, Charline. Our golf junkets were many; with annual home and home series in NB and ON, plus an annual golf holiday in Florida with John Seaborn of Ottawa. We played probably forty different courses in various locations over many years. Jim had more golf stories and anecdotes than anyone I know. He always had a friendly word or ten for the starter. Jim especially loved to get paired up with two strangers so he could regale them with his copious material. Jim and I were kindred spirits on most important matters such as golf, politics and business. But Jim Liked scotch and I like martinis....that was probably our only difference. Jim, you will be sorely missed by Sheena, Amy, and many more relatives and friends. I still can't figure out how you got that hole in one.
