Gail Tedder and Clarice Tedder

Mom, where to begin....you have always been there for us. You had a sixth sense of knowing how to make us feel good. You taught me many skills which can be passed onto our children and grandchildren, eventually!!! It was always fun to bake with you and prepare for parties. I remember you freezing and pickling many items we grew in our garden. It was a large garden which we all helped to seed and grow. Every May long weekend was family time to plant. In my younger years, after you got your license you took me to many competitions all over Ontario for baton. One year you came as a chaperon to Edmonton, Alberta, for the Klondike days. Another great time with you was a trip to Hawaii. It was pretty cool because I was only 16 and your Mother, Grandma Renaud, Aunt Mary, your sister, my cousin Louise Lichacz, and some of Louise's aunts attended this wonderful trip and adventure. As time went by and life kept going, soon young grandchildren came along. Once we were old enough to shop, you called us to come down to Mississauga and take you shopping at Dixie Mall and have lunch. How many hours we have spent walking, talking, spending, and eating Chinese food at that mall I will never know but I will always treasure. I'm glad that the 3 grandchildren that you had were always there to make you laugh and smile, even in really bad days. LOL (Pea Soup!!!!) I will also never forget all the great times in Quebec and the many hours of Yikes!! that my sister and I used to do if we were not tired to go to bed. Also in Quebec, we spent many a time playing cards. Even when your sight was not that great, we just bought larger cards and you often took a chance, played a card and won without even knowing what you played! One could go on and on about memories of you and they would be endless. We could never thank you enough for your endless love and support through all our lives. I hope you are in a better place and are at peace.
