Obituary

Our beautiful Rose passed away on November 6, 2020 at 99 years young. Predeceased by her beloved husband Victor, her sisters Lee, Val and Constance, and her adoring son-in-law Brad. Adored by her sister Yolanda and her children: Carol, Rosanne (Dave), Marie (Eugene), John (Lori), Loretta (Art), Angie (Brad), Donna (Ron), and Anita (Ed).

She loved her 19 grandchildren: Annemarie, Lisa, Gerry, Michelle, Nicole, Natalie, Ryan, Julie, Brittany, Johnny, Ian, Lindsay, Gordie, Lauren, Jaclyn, Kris, Eric, Curtis, and Stephanie with all her heart, and will be deeply missed by all of them. She felt so blessed to have 23 great grandchildren: Nicholas, Sophia, Joseph, Daniela, Gerry, Skye, Declan, Owen, Emily, Jeremy, Benjamin, Brianna, Amelia, Ava, James, Mariah, Joshua, Matteya, Nathan, Brady, Thomas, Isabelle, Matthew, and a baby girl on the way, and they adored being around their Great Grandma Rose. She will also be deeply missed by all of the beautiful family members that married in, whom she absolutely adored.

She touched the hearts of everyone she met with her beautiful smile and sweet personality. She had a zest for life that was contagious. Her secret to living a long happy life: never lose the kid in you and always have a song in your heart, especially "You are My Sunshine". It's been 10 years since we lost Dad, give him and Brad a big hug Mom, we love you all.

    Notes
PRIVATE FUNERAL------ Due to Covid 19 restrictions Peel mandates even stricter restrictions than Red - Control to slow spread of COVID-19 Mississauga, ON (November 7, 2020) - Because of a worsening pandemic picture, Dr. Lawrence Loh, Medical Officer of Health for the Region of Peel, today issued directives to the community that are stricter than those required for the Red – Control stage. FOR FUNERALS_ "For places of worship, I strongly recommend leaders of such venues to consider conducting religious services, rites, or ceremonies virtually as much as possible and, if required to be held in-person, to consider the following limits: a. Indoor attendance to 30% of capacity to a maximum 50 people per facility. b. Seating to the immediate household and essential supports, separated by 2 metres of distance between other groups." As directed by the Province of Ontario and the Bereavement Authority of Ontario ---- *** The FUNERAL HOME must ensure that the number of persons occupying any room in the building or structure while attending the gathering does not go over the capacity.--- ** All persons attending the gathering must remain at least two metres apart from each other and from persons conducting the funeral/visitation unless they are members of the same household.--- **As per our governing body - Wearing of masks, or face coverings, by everyone is mandatory. This includes all staff and attendees. Current research indicates that masks contribute significantly to the reduction of infection.
