Obituary for Loyd Berg
Loyd passed away peacefully at Trillium Hospital in Mississauga, ON.
He is survived by his wife Nancy, and daughter Tamara (Mike). He is predeceased by his parents Arne & Amanda, and eldest sister, Mary. He is survived by his siblings George (Mary), Arnold, Leonard (Bette), Sonja, Doug (Donna) & Dennis (Liz), along with many nieces & nephews.
Loyd loved life, people, cooking, sports, nature, and having fun. But anyone who knew Loyd, knows he thrived on sharing his belief in the Bible & it’s wonderful promises for the very near future with anyone that he could, right until the end of his life. His faith in a future of better conditions on a paradise earth, when there will be ‘no more sickness, death or tears’ (Revelation 21:4) was what kept Loyd strong and is comforting his family during this sad time.
